When the dawn by the Volga River meets the sunrise in the East, a technical communication journey spanning thousands of miles officially began on May 26. Russian clients traveled from afar to join us for a week-long product training, exploring the technical secrets of Displacer Level Transmitter, Radars, Rotameters, Magnetic Flow Meter and Flow Element.
Upon entering the company, the International Business Department team welcomed clients with professionalism and enthusiasm, meticulously arranging every aspect to ensure a comfortable and efficient training experience for our clients. In the training sessions, technical and R&D engineers transformed into ‘Knowledge Guides,’ leveraging their extensive industry experience and illustrated materials to explain the core technologies, innovative designs, and performance advantages of the products in a clear and accessible manner. From the principles to the parameters, every detail was covered, ensuring that our clients gained a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the products.
The most impressive part is the practical simulation conducted in the radar microwave anechoic chamber and the technical center laboratory. Here, engineers simulate real and complex usage scenarios, allowing clients to witness firsthand how the product operates stably under harsh conditions. In the radar microwave anechoic chamber, the radar product accurately detects and provides feedback data; in the technical center laboratory, other devices also demonstrate outstanding performance, with precise operations and stable outputs, leaving customers in awe of the product’s reliability and practicality.
This training is not only the transmission of product knowledge, but also a new starting point for bilateral cooperation.
