LGXL Restriction Orifice Plate

LGXL restriction orifice plate has the advantages of simple structure, easy processing, low manufacturing cost and convenient installation. Under the premise requirements of the process, the use of the orifice plate instead of the regulating valve to limit the flow rate or reduce the pressure will greatly reduce the cost of operation and maintenance. Therefore, it is widely used in process devices and plays an important role in the safe operation of device.

2.Use restriction orifice plate instead of regulating valves to limit flow or reduce pressure, operating and maintenance cost can be greatly reduced.

3.Restriction orifice plate is divided into single hole plate and porous plate according to the number of holes in the orifice plate, and can be also divided into single stage and multi stage according to the number of orifice plates.

Applications

1.It is applied to the occasion where process materials needs to depressurize.

2.Large pressure drop is required in the upper and lower reaches of the valve in the pipeline, in order to reduce the erosion of the valve by fluid, when the flow through the orifice plate does not produce gas phase, the valve upstream series orifice plate can be used.

3.It is applied to the site where the fluid needs small flow and continuous flow, such as the flushing pipe of the pump, the bypass pipe of the hot standby pump (low flow protection pipe), the analytical sampling pipe and so on.

4.It is applied to the places where depressurization is required to reduce noise or wear, such as emptying systems.
